Kahlúa-and-Baileys French Toast

Although this is a classic breakfast dish, French toast is really like individual portions of bread pudding and would make a fantastic dessert. Serve it topped with a small scoop of ice cream with a small drizzle of Kahlúa on top.

cinnamon bread (thick slices)

confectioners' sugar
Directions
In a shallow bowl, beat together eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, Kahlúa, Baileys, and salt.
Lightly oiled a skillet or griddle and heat over medium heat. Soak bread slices in egg mixture for 20 seconds on each side or until thoroughly coated. Cook bread until both Side Dish are lightly browned and crisp. Sprinkle with confectioners´ sugar and serve hot.
