Grilled Kale Salad

Grilled Kale Salad seasoned with just a hint of garlic and topped with crumbly cotija cheese is a great side dish or first course for a grilling menu!


Ingredients

kale, washed and dried, tough stems discarded

Olive Oil

garlic, thinly sliced

freshly ground black pepper

kosher salt

Crumbled cotija cheese
Directions
Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Toss the kale with the olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt.
Put the kale on the grill and cook until charred and crisp on the edges, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Transfer to a serving platter and top with crumbled cotija cheese.
