    Grapefruit and Avocado Salad

    Layer together this gorgeous dish: fresh and sour grapefruit with creamy avocado slices all topped with herbaceous cilantro, sweet mint, and a touch of salt. 


    Ingredients

    grapefruit, peeled
    1
    avocado
    2
    tablespoons
    minced cilantro
    2
    tablespoons
    minced mint
    1
    serrano chili, thinly sliced
    2
    teaspoons
    extra virgin olive oil

    pinch of Maldon salt
    Directions
    Peel and segment the grapefruit over a bowl, saving as much juice as possible.
    Peel and pit the avocado, slice into 12 to 16 pieces.
    Arrange the grapefruit and avocado, alternating ingredients, on a platter.
    Top with the minced cilantro, minced mint, and serrano chili. Finish by drizzling the olive oil and adding a pinch of Maldon salt.
