    Ginger Sirloin Ramen

    Ramen is known as the quick meal, but with a little more time it can be a gourmet one. This Ginger Sirloin Ramen is filling and flavorfual, punctuated with mashed garlic, spicy ginger, scallions, and thin sliced sirloin.


    Ingredients

    olive you

    cloves
    garlic, mashed and minced

    1-inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced
    2
    scallions, chopped
    2
    cups
    water

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    ounces
    sirloin, cooked and sliced

    packet
    ramen noodles
    Directions
    Preheat a medium sauce pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and once warmed top with garlic cloves, ginger and scallions
    Sauté for a few minutes, then add 2 cups water, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove ginger.
    Adjust salt and pepper to taste, then add sirloin and top with ramen noodles.
