    Garlic and Lime Kale Chips

    This mojo flavor combination adds the right amount of zing to these new chips on the block.


    Ingredients
    5
    cups
    Kale, washed, stems removed, dried thoroughly
    1 1/2
    tablespoons
    olive oll
    1/2
    teaspoon
    granulated garlic
    1
    teaspoon
    fresh lime zest (plus more for garnish)

    Salt and Pepper
    Directions
    Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
    Make sure your kale is dried thoroughly. Cut into large pieces.
    In a large bowl, massage the olive oil, granulated garlic, lime zest, salt, and pepper into the kale until coated. Taste for seasoning.
    Distribute the kale onto two ungreased baking sheets leaving space between the kale leaves.
    Bake for 10–15 minutes, rotating the pans halfway. Let the kale chips cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes. Eat immediately or store in airtight containers.
