Make fried chicken spice, seasoned flour, and marinade: Combine all ingredients for the fried chicken spice, set aside. Combine seasoned flour ingredients, set aside. Combine marinade ingredients, set aside.
Prep the fried chicken: Cut chicken into two legs, two thighs, and two wings with small amount of breast meat connected, and the other piece of breast. Pour marinade over chicken and let it soak for three days.
Make the white chocolate butter: Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Then combine remaining ingredients, with 1 cup of the melted chocolate, in food processor until well incorporated. Set aside in fridge.
Make waffles: Make waffle batter by beating eggs and liquid together then adding the flour until mixed, stir in the melted butter and mix thoroughly. Pour the waffle mix into waffle maker until waffles are golden brown. Keep warm in oven until ready to use.
Make chicken: Preheat frying oil (preferably canola) to 325 degrees. Remove chicken from marinade, dredge in flour, and drop chicken in the fryer for 10-12 minutes. Rest on paper towel lined plate.
Assemble dish: Layer a waffle on a plate, spread with white chocolate butter, place two pieces of chicken on top, then garnishing with fresh berries, syrup, and your favorite hot sauce.
