    Fogo de Chão’s Bolo de Fuba

    A sweet cornmeal cake, Fogo de Chão’s Bolo de Fuba is a perfect dish to pair with a Brazilian breakfast or afternoon coffee. Best served at room temperature or slightly warm, this recipe is sure to be a crowd pleaser, no matter the occasion.

    sugar plus 1/4 cup, divided

    fine-ground corn meal

    baking powder

    powdered sugar, garnish

    fresh berries, garnish

    whipped cream, garnish
    Directions
    Pre-set oven to 350F.
    Place milk, eggs, canola oil, sour cream, 2 cups sugar, corn meal and baking powder in blender. Blend at high until fully mixed, scraping down sides as needed.
    Spray Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
    Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup sugar inside cake pan and shake to coat. Gently tap the pan to remove excess sugar.
    Pour batter into Bundt pan and bake 35-45 minutes until tester comes out clean.
    Remove cake from oven and cool completely. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, fresh berries and whipped cream.
