    El D.F. Mojito

    tequila (Don Julio Blanco, chilled)

    lime pulp

    hierbabuena leaves (can substitute mint)

    extra fine sugar

    seltzer water

    ounce
    lemon-lime soda
    Directions
    Mix Tequila Don Julio Blanco, lime pulp, hierbabuena leaves, sugar and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
    Pour contents from shaker into a highball cocktail glass. Finish with a dash of seltzer and lemon-lime soda.
