    Cream of Buckwheat with Pear and Warm Spices

    Cream of Buckwheat with Pear and Warm Spices in an easy, fast, and creamy gluten-free breakfast packed full of fiber, vitamins and minerals. The hot cereal is scented with warm spices of cardamom and cinnamon and sweetened with a swirl of maple syrup.

    red pear, chopped

    pistachios, shelled
    Directions
    Boil water in a small pot. Add a pinch of salt.
    When water is boiling pour the cream of buckwheat slowly and whisk until all water is absorbed, the mixture is thick and the cereal is tender.
    Add maple syrup and spices. Taste and add more if needed.
    Top with chopped pear and shelled pistachios.
