Cranberry Almond Oatmeal

Dress up your breakfast with a bowl of Cranberry Almond Oatmeal. Tart and tangy cranberries stud creamy oatmeal lightly sweetened with agave syrup and a hint of cinnamon for a meal that is hearty and delicious.

dried cranberries

slivered almonds
Directions
Put the almond milk and oats in a medium pot. Bring to a low simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in dried cranberries and continue to cook until thick and creamy. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl stir together the agave and cinnamon. Drizzle into oatmeal and fold to incorporate. Top oatmeal with slivered almonds.
