    Coconut Cream Filled Strawberries

    Chocolate covered strawberries are great, but why not mix it up with a Valentine's Day dessert that surprises and delights? These pretty Coconut Cream Filled Strawberries fit the bill, and because they're made with only 4 ingredients, they're as quick and easy as they are delicious!


    Ingredients

    strawberries
    1 1/4
    cups
    coconut cream
    1/4
    cup
    confectioners' sugar, plus extra as needed
    1/4
    cup
    dulce de leche
    Directions
    Using a paring knife, remove the stem and core from each strawberry.
    In a small bowl combine coconut cream and sugar until thick. Adjust sweetness if needed with additional sugar.
    Fit a pastry bag with a star tip. Fill the pastry bag with the coconut cream mixture. Fill each strawberry with coconut cream.
    When plating, squeeze a bit of coconut cream on the center of the plate for the middle strawberry. Then assemble remaining strawberries around it and drizzle with the dulce de leche.
