Chorizo Leek Frittata with Spinach

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In an oven safe 10-inch pan on medium-high heat, sautée spinach, chorizo, and leek.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add to pan and mix ingredients together.
Cook eggs until edges begin to firm. Add salt and pepper and top with cheese.
Transfer pan to oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until eggs have set. Serve.
