    Chocolate Mazoh Cups

    These chocolate matzoh cups are a great treat for kids (and adults!). The cups are also sturdy enough to pack away, making them excellent parting gifts. 


    Ingredients

    matzoh
    5
    tablespoons
    almond butter
    2
    tablespoons
    brown sugar
    1/2
    teaspoon
    cinnamon
    2
    tablespoons
    coconut oil
    4
    ounces
    semisweet dark baking chocolate
    Directions
    Spray a 24-count mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
    In a bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment pulse the matzoh until crumbly. Add almond butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the coconut oil until well mixed.
    Press the crumb mixture firmly to fill half of a cup of each mini muffin in the pan.
    Melt the chocolate over a double broiler and spoon approximately a teaspoon or a teaspoon and a half over the almond butter and matzoh mixture.
    Place in the freezer or fridge until the chocolate sets. Enjoy!
