    Chipotle Deviled Eggs

    No one will be mad if you're late to the Easter party if you bring these Chipotle Deviled Eggs. They're super easy to make and so addictive – you can't just have one.


    Ingredients
    1
    dozen extra large eggs
    1/2
    cup
    mayonnaise
    1
    small chipotle in adobo sauce
    1
    teaspoon
    Dijon mustard
    2
    tablespoons
    water

    Salt and Pepper
    Directions
    Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water.
    Bring the water to a full boil and turn off the heat.
    Leave the pot over the same burner and let sit for 11 minutes.
    Peel immediately under running water.
    Cut in half and place the yolks in a food processor along with the mayonnaise, chipotle, mustard, and water.
    Mix until smooth and combined. Season with salt and pepper.
    Place the mixture in a plastic bag, cut 1/4 inch off one of the corners, and pipe into the hollow egg whites.
    Garnish with your favorite toppings!
