Chimichurri Sauce

Use this chimichurri as a marinade for a variety of cuts of meat, such as flank steak or London broil, or as a sauce to accompany them once they're grilled.

 


Ingredients

extra-virgin olive oil

tablespoon
white-wine vinegar
1/2
cup
finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4
cup
finely chopped fresh oregano
1/4
cup
finely chopped fresh thyme
1/4
cup
finely chopped yellow onion

tablespoon
minced garlic

Kosher salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
