    Chili Pork Chops

    Combining heat, smoke and spice, Chili Pork Chops take bone-in pork chops to the extreme. Spice up dinner and make Chili Pork Chops the star of your meal today!


    Ingredients

    fresh thin-cut bone-in chops
    1/2
    teaspoon
    chili powder
    1/2
    teaspoon
    ancho chili powder
    1/4
    teaspoon
    apple cider vinegar
    1
    teaspoon
    smoked paprika
    1
    teaspoon
    sea salt
    1/2
    tablespoon
    vegetable oil
    Directions
    Preheat a sauté pan on medium-high heat.
    Add vinegar to oil and brush tops of chops with half of vinegar-oil mixture.
    In a small bowl mix chili powders, paprika and salt. Sprinkle half of the spice blend on the tops of the chops. Use the brush to help dress and massage the chops briefly.
    Add chops spice side down to hot pan. Brush naked tops of chops with remaining vinegar-oil, sprinkle with remaining spice mix and brush spices onto meat. Cook for 7 minutes, then cover for 3 minutes.
    Remove cover and flip chops. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove chops from heat and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes.
    Enjoy immediately.
