    Chef LaLa's Banana Bites

    Simply cut a banana, cover in yogurt, roll in granola, and tada!... Banana Bites! A quick kid-friendly after-school snack that's healthy and fun to eat. 


    Ingredients
    1
    ripe firm banana
    2
    straws (cut in half)
    4
    tablespoons
    yogurt
    2
    tablespoons
    crumbled granola
    Directions
    Peel banana and cut off ends. Cut banana into 8 disc-shaped slices. Place slices on parchment paper or baking sheet. Skewer 2 pieces of banana per straw.
    Spoon 1/2 tsp. yogurt over each banana slice and lightly sprinkle with granola. Serve immediately or refrigerate to chill.
