    Perú is one of the many Latin American nations that are on top of the artisanal beer trend. Barranco Beer Company, located in Lima’s coastal BoHo district of Barranco, features the Charanga Pisquera on its “Choptails” menu. An intoxicating mix of an World mainstay--Triple Sec--with a Peruvian classic—Pisco, and the brewery's own “50/Fifti” lager.

    orange slice, for garnish
    Directions
    Pour the orange juice, triple sec and pisco into a cocktail shaker with three or four ice cubes. Shake well.
    Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a cold mug. Add the beer to the mug.
    Garnish with a slice of orange and serve.
