    Cayenne Cauliflower

    Need an update for that sad side dish of steamed vegetables? Whip up some Cayenne Cauliflower! Roasted cauliflower tossed with cayenne, black pepper and red chili flakes takes the vegetables on your table to a whole new level of existence. Watch out, green beans! You've been warned.

    Olive Oil

    teaspoon
    cayenne
    1
    teaspoon
    fresh cracked black pepper
    1
    teaspoon
    sea salt
    1/2
    teaspoon
    red chili flakes
    Directions
    Preheat oven to 350ºF.
    Break down cauliflower by removing the leaves and stems and reserving the crowns.
    In a medium bowl add cauliflower crowns, olive oil and spices.
    Toss and coat each crown evenly.
    Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cauliflower has softened and is crisp around the edges.
    Serve warm.
