    Carrot Cake Chia Muffins

    Directions
    Preheat oven to 375F. Line cupcake pans with liners and set aside.
    In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients, and in another combine wet ingredients.
    Add wet ingredients to dry, mixing until thoroughly combined.
    Fill each cup until 2/3 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon and transfer to oven.
    Bake muffins for 20 minutes, or until golden on the outside and cooked through. Serve warm.
