    Cardamom Coconut Latte

    Perfect for crisp fall weather, this Cardamom Coconut Latte combines kicky cayenne with ginger, coconut milk, aromatic cardamom and cinnamon and a touch of agave for sweetness. It's a drink that will warm you from the inside out. 


    Ingredients

    cup
    full fat coconut milk
    1/2
    tablespoon
    ginger simple syrup
    1
    teaspoon
    ground cardamom
    1/4
    teaspoon
    cinnamon
    1/8
    teaspoon
    cayenne
    2
    tablespoons
    agave
    1
    shot
    espresso
    Directions
    Add all ingredients except for espresso to a sauce pan on medium heat. Whisk for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Transfer mixture to blender. Blend on high for 15 seconds, or until frothy.
    Add espresso to coffee cup, top with frothy coconut cardamom mixture and adjust sweetness to taste.
