    Boozy Shrimp Boil

    It's a party! Two bottles of your favorite Mexican beer makes this shrimp boil a crowd favorite. Get out newspaper cause it's going to get messy. Whether you eat them piping hot or cold like cocktail shrimp, they're perfect when dipped into spicy salsa.

    low-sodium chicken broth

    granulated garlic

    cherry tomatoes, halved

    red onion, sliced
    1
    bunch of cilantro stems, washed and tied with cotton string

    whole garlic cloves

    large shrimp, deveined with tails on
    Directions
    In a large pot, bring the beer, broth, salt, granulated garlic, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic to a rolling boil.
    Toss in the shrimp and boil for 2 minutes. 
    Serve with salsa.
