Bare Apple Pie

Bare Apple Pie takes all the flavors of a tasty apple pie and breaks it down to oven baked apple slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon, walnuts and a dollop of sweet coconut cream.


Ingredients

apple, cored and sliced

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

tablespoons
walnuts, chopped
1 1/2
tablespoons
coconut cream
1/4
teaspoon
agave syrup
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350. In a small oven safe ramekin toss the apple slices with the cinnamon.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the walnuts.
In a small bowl mix the coconut cream and the agave. Spoon over the baked apples.
