 Banana Chia Pudding

This no-cook banana chia pudding recipe is a healthy dessert made with chia seeds and sweet, ripe bananas. With just five minutes of prep required, it’s the perfect summer snack for kids.

Directions
In a food processor, puree coconut milk, whole milk, cream, 2 bananas, cinnamon, sugar, kosher salt, and vanilla until smooth.
Transfer to a storage container, and stir in the chia seeds and coconut.
Chill for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 3 days. To serve, divide into 1/2 cup servings and top with banana slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
