Balsamic Kale Mango Salad

Olive Oil

balsamic vinegar

fresh ripe cubed mango

blueberries

kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Put the kale in a large bowl. Add olive oil and vinegar and massage until leaves are evenly coated and brighten in color. About three minutes.
Add mango, blueberries and salt and pepper to taste.
