Aji Kale Chips

Turn up the heat on healthy snack times with a spicy, aji dusted kale chip.


Ingredients

kale

aji molido

Olive Oil

coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Wash the kale and pinch off the leaves at the top of the stem. Discard the stems.
Add the chopped kale in a bowl and add aji molido, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir and adjust the seasoning to taste.
Place the chopped kale onto an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 320 F for 20 minutes or until crisp.
