    Agua Fresca de Aguacate

    Refreshing and simple, this 100% fruit agua fresca recipe contains no added sugar!


    Ingredients

    honeydew melon (seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes)
    1
    avocado (halved, pitted, peeled and sliced, reserve 4 slices for garnish)

    water
    1/3
    cup
    fresh lime juice
    1/4
    teaspoon
    salt
    Directions
    In a blender, add melon, avocado, water, lime juice and salt.
    Blend until smooth and frothy.
    Serve over ice.
