Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium sized bowl combine pears, agave, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Divide pear mixture into 4 1-cup ramekins.
In a small bowl combine remaining cinnamon, Maria Cookies, rolled oats, butter, vanilla, and almond extract until mixture resembles crumbles.
Top pears with crumbles and transfer to oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until topping is crisp and fragrant.
