    Adobo Kale Chips

    Using a typical spice rub for meat on these kale chips makes it easy to eat your greens.


    Ingredients
    5
    cups
    Kale, washed, stems removed, dried thoroughly
    1 1/2
    tablespoons
    extra virgin olive oil
    1/2
    teaspoon
    salt-free adobo
    1/2
    teaspoon
    cumin
    *
    Salt and Pepper
    Directions
    Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
    Make sure your kale is dried thoroughly. Cut into large pieces.
    In a large bowl, massage the olive oil, adobo, cumin, salt, and pepper into the kale until coated. Taste for seasoning.
    Distribute the kale onto two ungreased baking sheets leaving space between the leaves.
    Bake for 10–15 minutes, rotating the pans halfway. Let the kale chips cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes.
    Eat immediately or store in airtight containers.
