Morena Cuadra and Morena Escardó are avid foodies, travelers, and readers. Daughter Morena has a special interest in holistic, vegetarian nutrition, and she transforms many of the traditional, millenary dishes of Peru into new healthy versions for all kinds of diets. The two are the co-authors of The Everything Peruvian Cookbook.
