Congratulations are in order for the chefs of Latin America’s best restaurants!

The World’s 50 Best has announced its list of best restaurants in all Latin American countries. Virgilio Martinez’s Central in Lima, Peru stole the No. 1 spot. The husband-and-wife team first made their debut on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2013, coming in at No. 50.

Chef Micha Tsumura took the No. 2 spot for his restaurant Maido in Lima Peru, followed by Alex Atala’s D.O.M. in São Paulo, Brazil. Rodolfo Guzmán’s Boragó in Santiago Chile came in at No. 4, followed by Enrique Olvera’s Pujol in Mexico City.

Some noteworthy female chefs who made the list include Carolina Bazán for Ambrosía in Santiago, Chile, Roberta Sudbrack in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Martha Ortiz’s Dulce Patria in Mexico City.
