But we've rolled up our sleves and narrowed it down to 11 events you should schedule now!

Join Jon Shool and Vinny Dotolo on the ultimate culinary quest of nose to tail cooking. From buttery bone marrow to silken turkey liver, this event will leave no offal unmentioned.

Stick around for an ultimate cook-off and witness some of the culinary worlds best talent in action. Using ingenuity and creativity, they'll fight their way through some curveball ingredients while trying to beat the clock and produce delicious dishes.

Festivalgoers cannot miss this final chance at a grand tasting! Whether it’s the wine exhibitions, cocktails, cookbook signings, or the variety of incredible chocolates this culinary culmination is not to be missed.
